Week Long Trip , May 26 – June 1
The clients at B2B went on a week long trip to Hannah Hot Springs in the Apache Wilderness of Arizona the last week of May. We hiked in the first day along the blue river and camped on a sandy beach. There, we enjoyed Bocce ball and a nice fire. We even saw a tarantula. There were lots of cool swimming holes along the hike to the hot springs. There was lots of Craw fish hunting and camp fires each night. On day three we set out for the Hannah Hot Springs and all of us rested our muscles in the nice warm pool. On our return trip we spotted a mother brown bear and her two cubs. Over all we had a great trip even with hot temperatures, changing flat tires on the van, and around 20 miles of hiking. Finally, on our trip home, sun burnt but proud of ourselves, we stopped in to a Cantina to celebrate our success with some Mexican Chow.
