On the Fifteenth day of the fifth month of the Two Thousandth and Twentieth year of our great individually acknowledged higher powers the boys crusaded south to the land of heathen and hippies they call Sedona.
On the first glorious day, we established our forward operating base deep in Sedona vortex territory. We deployed from our FOB at 0825 to execute our first mission at a hotspot known as “Chavez crossing”. Previous intel confirmed the presence of a flowing aqueous body known as a “creek”. At the said crossing we found, conquered, and non destructively neutralized a battery of enemy equipment known as a “rope swing”. Said enemy equipment enabled the boys to acquire feelings of great exuberance and jauntiness. Several troops trained in the art of rafting bravely voyaged down the river through daunting rapids, bravely conquering new land for the cause. After our expedition, we rendezvous back at the FOB to refuel and rest for the next day of adventure.
On our second day, we had excursions through a mountain saddle known as “sterling pass”. This voyage netted the boys over 2000′ feet of elevation gained and ended at a beautiful natural arch that gave us a sense of great honor to the emperor. After this, we deployed to another “creek” where we frolicked in the water like brave warriors. As a true measure of a man’s strength, the integrity of his word, We conquered! We promptly retreated and gathered at the base for spiritual healing known as “Alcoholics Anonymous’ ‘. The next day the boys went on a short and mundane reconnaissance stroll that yielded little information for the cause. After this, we promptly journeyed to a spot of great R&R, known as “Grasshopper Point”. At the said point, we discovered vast cliffs to leap and flip off of. One of our elite troopers performed an advanced maneuver known as a “triple backflip” off of one of the cliffs. It was very impressive. In conclusion, our journey into unknown lands had yielded many good vibrations and laughs.
Till next time,
The Warriors
