Dear Beloved Families,

This past weekend, the boys went on our solo adventures. Each person had their own unique experiences while being immersed in their section of the wilderness. On Saturday, we drove out to a familiar spot outside of Sedona. Once the cavalry arrived, we went out one by one to be designated our territory for the weekend by staff. Next, once we were all set up, we came back together and said our intention for the weekend and what we hoped to gain from our experience inside a ceremonial space (a vesica piscis). Additionally, we had a spoon giving ceremony where our newest member received a hand carved wooden spoon, which we all put our own intentions in for what we had hoped he could gain from his experience at B2B. We then went to our own campsites where we contemplated our lives, the people we have impacted, and how we can move forward in a positive direction, hopefully. We spent all of Sunday on our own, then regrouped Monday morning after cleaning our campsites. We went back to the place where we had set our intentions on Sunday. Then we stated the new person we had become over the weekend and what we hope to bring back to the community. After that, we naturalized our ceremonial space. Lastly, we went back to the vans, ate breakfast together, and talked more in depth about what our experience was like. Overall, everyone was glad to see each other again and everyone learned a little more about themselves as a result of this journey.
