Hello Moms, Dads, Brothers, and Sisters this past weekend was a good one. We were originally supposed to go to Romero Pools which are located in Coronado National Forest. We instead went to the Superstition Mountains to find the lost dutchman’s treasure in Lost Dutchman’s State Park. That was interesting. We had heard someone say that at least six people go missing a year looking for it. We thought that it was ironic because on our hike we had a guy fall off a rock that was ten feet off the ground. Bad news. We found out why people disappear now :] Just kidding. He busted his face on the rocks below. Luckily we have awesome outdoor staff that know what they are doing. They took the necessary precautions, bandaged him up, and got him to the hospital. He made it down the mountain fine, walking out of the emergency room later that afternoon. Meanwhile the rest of us kept on going up the trail. We got to the top of the mountain and had our AA meeting where one peer told his life story. Back at camp, there was much rejoicing as the team came back together and good conversation was had till late in the evening.
Love,
The B2B Family
